We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead our High Net Worth client engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring Tax Managers and Associates on client engagements and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for High Net Worth clients
  • Review and manage tax returns, extensions, and tax planning calculations for all entity types with a focus on Individual
  • Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability for key clients
  • Manage client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects, managing the budget, meeting deadlines, and client expectations
  • Prepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in individual tax compliance, planning, and research
  • Experience in partnership tax, gift, estate, and trust return preparation would be a plus
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to train, mentor, and lead staff
