Holt Industrial Rentals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing rental projects to achieve revenue goals for our local branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate rental projects from start to finish, including processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts, as well as delivery and equipment logistics.
- Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing rental and sales accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate internal and external delivery trucks, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share, including distributing promotional literature and identifying new business opportunities.
- Financial Management: Formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects, and maintain accurate records of sales and business transactions.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to implement, sustain, and develop quality improvement processes that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a related field, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Work Environment:
This role is generally performed in a retail and office environment, with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality delivery.
