Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Community of Hope. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, healthy, and productive environments for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling, procurement, and execution of work orders for maintenance and repairs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, including regular inspections and monitoring.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the procurement and inventory management of janitorial and maintenance supplies, furniture, equipment, and other fixtures.
  • Team Support: Provide support to maintenance technicians and supervisors, including training, coaching, and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a facilities management supervisor or in a related role.
  • Type 1 EPA HVAC Certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance practices.
  • Punctuality, ability to work independently, and strong decision-making skills required.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $57,776 and $62,654, depending on qualifications and experience.
