Key Responsibilities:

  • Review vehicle damage and prepare estimates, including supplements for additional damage found.
  • Collaborate with customers to explain the repair process, including insurance claims information and payment procedures.
  • Support the location manager in routing repairs, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including real-time updates and reconciliations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of prior collision experience.
  • Effective time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners.
  • CCC One experience and a valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish).
