About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Janie and Jack LLC. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
