Heartland Imaging is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the operations of our outpatient imaging centers. This leadership role requires a strong background in radiology and a proven track record of managing teams and implementing effective administrative policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned areas of the imaging center, including equipment, personnel, scheduling, financial, and customer service functions.
- Develop and implement programs and strategies to ensure proper staffing levels, timely recruitment of a high-quality workforce, and effective coordination of daily activities.
- Work with the Administrator and OIA HR department to perform local HR responsibilities and ensure established procedures are followed.
- Provide regular, timely, and meaningful performance feedback to direct reports and ensure proper training, orientation, and ongoing competency documentation.
- Coordinate regular training for staff and center-level leaders, including competency, in-services, professional development, and leadership training.
- Maintain a current strategy for and document that all rooms are equipped with necessary supplies and properly functioning equipment.
- Assist in the selection and placement of equipment and the design of work areas.
- Access and use available resources and data to make effective situational judgments and decisions that impact the management of the center.
- Consistently engage, inspire, and communicate to staff the expectation of providing exceptional service and experience to patients, peers, and external customers.
- Actively support organizational goals by establishing regular meetings with direct reports and/or staff to discuss and develop strategies to measure and track results and achieve success.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least two years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent in experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or CRA preferred.
- ARRT (R) (MR) licensure or certification required.
