Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Johnson Memorial Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England. As a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in our Inpatient Acute Care Unit and provide comprehensive care to patients with varied diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, patients, and families to provide individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement a variety of techniques and modalities to meet established goals.
  • Modify treatment plans and goals as needed due to changes in patient status and capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
  • Current State of CT license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
