Job Summary:

As a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in our Inpatient Acute Care Unit, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with varied diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Modify treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in patient status and capabilities.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current State of CT license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
