HERO Health Staffing Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our Multimodality Tech team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of advanced imaging procedures, training and evaluating staff, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality advanced imaging procedures according to exam protocol and regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to perform imaging procedures, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellence in patient care.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in imaging technology, applying knowledge to improve patient care and department operations.
- Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology, with a strong background in advanced imaging modalities.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in two imaging modalities, with 25% of work time spent in the second modality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
$40-60/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
