About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our team at Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex spinal surgeries with a focus on patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and medical students
  • Contribute to the development of clinical research and quality improvement initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $680,000 - $835,000

The compensation range includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort. The compensation range for starting base compensation only is expected to be $612,000 - $752,000. Benefits include generous retirement contribution, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, competitive vacation and sick days, CME days and funds, relocation assistance, paid malpractice insurance, paid life insurance, and loan repayment/state and federal programs.
