Overview:
Oversees the coordination of activities and workflow for designated community health or service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the creation, execution, and assessment of program services and initiatives. Develops measurable outcomes grounded in performance evaluation and research.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve issues, implement new services, and develop programs. Aids in crafting and executing marketing strategies that effectively reach target populations both internally and within the community.
- Supports fundraising initiatives to enhance programs and services, including securing grants and corporate sponsorships.
- Acts as a liaison among staff, community organizations, and program participants.
- Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
