We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial management of our ambitious luxury resort development project in Las Vegas. The CFO will play a critical role in managing all finance activities and funding processes for this landmark project, with initial focus on the IPO process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead and oversee strategic planning, business development, and financial analytics for the resort's development and operations.
  • Funding & Loan Management: Manage seed funding initiatives, loan acquisition, and leverage financing to support project growth.
  • Operational Finance & Assurance: Direct operational finance activities, ensuring financial stability and compliance across global destinations and divisions.
  • Partnerships & Investments: Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate banks, investors, and other financial partners, overseeing ROI tracking and Non-Operating Income control.
  • Financial Innovation & Solutions: Provide creative financial strategies, including IPO planning and capital leverage management, to drive the project's success.
  • Cost and Capital Management: Optimize capital structures, lower the cost of equity, and increase borrowing capacity for non-recourse loans and debt market engagements.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and collaborate with finance teams, entertainment partners, contractors, and developers, ensuring financial goals are met across the entire project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Senior-level experience in investment banking, finance strategy, and business analytics.
  • Proven expertise in loan management, seed funding, and leveraging financial instruments for large-scale projects.
  • Strong background in operational finance, accounting, and strategic business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial strategies in luxury development and global destination projects.
  • Extensive experience in public debt markets, capital management, and non-recourse loans.
  • Familiarity with IPO offerings and financial leverage management.
