The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Senior Brand Manager with a strong background in e-commerce strategy to lead our brand partners' growth initiatives. This individual will create and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales and brand visibility on the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of goals and progress.
  • Strategic Ownership: Analyze market and competitive data, trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making; develop growth initiatives and merchandising strategies.
  • P&L Ownership: Oversee the profit and loss for brand partners, ensuring financial targets are met and aligning strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing, creative, and advertising initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on brand performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management, focusing on driving growth for major brands.
  • Demonstrated success in independently managing all facets of e-commerce for a brand with minimal reliance on external agencies.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven e-commerce strategies.
