About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing DBS and related equipment that receive communication satellite signals for commercial customers, residential customers, and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test DBS and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the installation and repair process
  • Document all work performed and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
