About Amo Realty:
We are a unique, privately owned real estate firm with a network of 50 agents and 12 small offices across the country. Our innovative lead generation system has been in place for over 16 years, providing our agents with high-quality buyer and seller clients on a consistent basis.
What We Offer:
- Approximately 5+ residential buyer leads each week
- Approximately 12+ residential seller leads each week
- 1+ commercial real estate leads weekly, primarily for leasing commercial spaces
- 5+ apartment renter leads weekly, with opportunities for landlords to list
Compensation:
Our agents typically have the potential to earn between $100,000 and $200,000+ annually, depending on performance and dedication.

Full-time position with a competitive pay structure. Benefits include a flexible schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.
Experience Requirements:
We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, from under 1 year to over 10 years in the real estate industry.
Commission Structure:
We operate on a 50/50 split for clients provided by the company. Agents retain 75% of their own leads for the first three years, transitioning to a 100% split with a yearly cap of $5,000 after three years. There are no desk fees or transaction fees associated with this position.
Licensing:
A valid Tennessee Real Estate License is required for this position.
Work Environment:
This role requires in-person engagement with clients and colleagues.
