About the Role
Crye-Leike Realtors is seeking a skilled Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service. You will conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends, schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours, and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms. You will also prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service
Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends
Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms
Prepare and present detailed property listings with photos
