Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Consultant to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our healthcare management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network and delivering exceptional service to our providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in various aspects of the healthcare delivery process, including contracting management, reimbursement modeling, and relationship management for physicians, providers, facilities, and vendors.
  • Ensure that the healthcare management's strategic initiatives are communicated to the accounts and that they meet the account's needs in terms of access, cost, quality, network performance, and service.
  • Ensure that specific divisional targets for cost of care and provider satisfaction within the scope of the assigned program are achieved.
Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years healthcare experience in Provider Relations, Contracting, or other area of Health Care Management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
