Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping common areas such as driveways, parking lots, and public spaces clean and orderly.
  • Communicating with supervisors about work progress and any potential concerns.
  • Performing in-unit cleaning tasks as required.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning in preparation for new resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying supervisors when restocking is necessary.
  • Inspecting the property to ensure safety and cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents, enhancing their living experience.
  • Engaging in general preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Participating in company-sponsored training programs, including fair housing and safety protocols.
  • Adhering to all company standards and applicable health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic reading comprehension abilities.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • A foundational understanding of workplace safety procedures.
