As a Construction Management Intern, you will collaborate closely with clients, business development teams, and management to ensure that projects are competitively priced and align with client expectations. You will assist Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Superintendents during various phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining project timelines
  • Conducting cost estimations
  • Coordinating submission processes
  • Managing change order pricing and documentation
  • Performing project labor analysis and generating reports
  • Overseeing project procurement (subcontracts, purchase/service orders)
  • Preparing monthly and weekly progress reports
  • Participating in site visits

Candidate Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a Construction Management or related program
  • Willingness to work approximately 20-30 hours per week during standard business hours
