The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the apartment industry and 1 year's experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
  2. To train, direct, supervise, and motivate personnel reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  3. To provide safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing to residents and the community.
  4. To present a professional image and attitude towards coworkers, residents, and the general public.
