Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Rheumatologist to join our faculty in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy and Immunology at Stony Brook University's School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in Rheumatology with a focus on teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical research programs in rheumatologic diseases.
  • Participate in academic and administrative activities within the Division and the School of Medicine.
Requirements
  • MD or foreign equivalent degree.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
  • Demonstrated interest in clinical research with a focus on rheumatologic diseases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students and trainees.
  • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Track record of securing research funding.
