Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Turning Leaf Agency Corporation. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Eastern Connecticut.
The estimated salary for this position is $36,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and care to individuals, including assisting with personal care needs and performing daily tasks.
- Train and supervise individuals in community-based settings, ensuring quality support and care.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless care and support.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check. You should also be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and driving agency vehicles for extended periods.
