Job OverviewAs a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct audits and inspections in various areas of our facility, including receiving, work-in-process, secondary, containment, and final areas. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting non-conformances, taking appropriate action to prevent further processing and/or recurrence, and verifying discrepant incoming materials and products. Additionally, you will maintain accurate input of data in our computer system. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards
  • Identify and report non-conformances, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence
  • Verify the quality of incoming materials and products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our computer system
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of quality procedures and standards
  • Understanding of GD&T requirements
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers
  • Basic blueprint reading skills and computer skills
