JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and placement of staff across the organization; collaborates with other HR personnel throughout the new hire process up to orientation. Must be adaptable and resourceful to meet the evolving demands of leadership in a dynamic, high-performing environment. Demonstrates service excellence behaviors and maintains professionalism consistently. Exhibits skills in assessment, problem-solving, project management, and communication, leading to reliable processes and optimal results. Manages the complete recruitment cycle. Represents Stillwater Medical at job fairs and community outreach events to attract qualified candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
  • Ability to effectively manage time-sensitive information in a fast-paced work environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must possess adequate hearing or have hearing corrected to converse on the phone
  • Must have adequate vision, correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials
  • Must possess fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to operate equipment
