Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Activities: Create and execute a comprehensive social calendar that includes a variety of events and activities to cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
  • Resident Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor social activities to meet their expectations.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including theme parties, holiday celebrations, and other social gatherings, to create a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Communication and Promotion: Effectively communicate social activity schedules and promotions to residents through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.
  • Budget Management: Manage social activity budgets to ensure costs are maintained within budgetary guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other community team members to ensure seamless execution of social activities and events.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience as an Activities or Social Director required.
  • Skills: Strong entertainment planning background, solid computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match. You will also have access to paid holidays and time off, and occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.

Compensation: $70,000 annually
