Sales and Consulting Support Specialist for Building Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Consulting Support Specialist for Building Automation to join our team at Infinity Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field sales team in acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Support Field Sales Team: Collaborate with our field sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Plan and Document Customer Meetings: Independently plan and document customer meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and action items are clearly defined.
- Order Fulfillment: Handle orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Technical and Sales Support: Provide expert technical and sales support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- CRM and Webshop Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in our CRM system and ensure the accuracy of price-sensitive data in our webshop.
