Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable models and reports to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to improve existing Business Intelligence visualizations, monitor and maintain analytics tools, and collaborate with ERP and IT teams to understand our data systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data-driven solutions to address business questions across the value stream.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Business Intelligence visualizations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of analytics tools, including Power BI, Power Query, and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Work with ERP and IT teams to comprehend our data infrastructure.
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience in a project-based business or highly configured product industry is a plus.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics development and support.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI development.
Work Environment

This is a primarily desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility, and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse office, manufacturing facility, and customer sites.
