Job Overview:
The fresh food counter is the heart of our market. As a Department Manager for the Meat and Delicatessen department, you will lead the service team and take responsibility for the quality of products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement national sales concepts and manage cost and revenue development.
- Plan and execute regular inventories, merchandise planning, and product flow.
- Develop and implement measures to inspire customers to buy products.
- Lead and train the team, plan staffing needs, and manage pricing and assortment.
