Job Title: Supplier Diversity Analyst

Ampcus is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Diversity Analyst to support our Supplier Diversity program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining contract compliance electronic filing systems and document controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement contract compliance electronic filing systems and document controls.
  • Support business and supplier diversity stakeholders by analyzing and reporting diverse spend, contract compliance requirements, and metrics.
  • Identify and engage with NYS-certified minority, women, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and NYS small businesses for upcoming and active projects.
  • Support the implementation of tracking databases, tools, and document controls to ensure contract compliance and future audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the region to support Supplier Diversity goals.
  • Provide weekly reports of supplier diversity metrics and collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate and resolve outstanding requests.
  • Assist the team with stakeholder communications and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and competence in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams and work groups.
  • Previous experience with contract compliance management is preferred.
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.
