- Capable of evaluation and treatment planning.
- Adept at managing quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiar with individual and health system performance indicators.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Considerations:
- Experience in correctional healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Involvement in quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
