As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, serving meals with care, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our executive chef curates a menu with fresh ingredients, while our dietician ensures heart-healthy options are available. Whether in an elegant dining setting or a casual bistro, your role is vital in shaping our residents' experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food and beverages efficiently in a restaurant-style service environment.
- Provide accurate information about menu items and respond to any inquiries.
- Monitor diners' needs and fulfill additional requests as necessary.
- Clear tables promptly during and after meals to maintain sanitation standards.
- Set up tables according to etiquette standards, ensuring cleanliness of all dining ware.
- Restock supplies in preparation for upcoming meal services.
- Engage in cross-training opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.
- Complete all assigned side work efficiently before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas, equipment, and utensils as directed.
- Participate in daily catering setups and cleanups as required.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system accurately for guest transactions.
- Ensure a quality dining experience by delivering food to residents with care.
- Assist in cleaning dining areas and monitoring inventory levels.
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
- High School Diploma preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
- Previous experience in a food service role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and maintain good organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a dependable and motivated attitude.
