About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and operations meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and assess risks in our facilities and operations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Lead Incident Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain Compliance Records: Ensure that all necessary records, reports, and documents are maintained and up-to-date to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Certifications: OSHA Certification, CIH, or other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS principles, laws, and regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
