About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team at Save the Children. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of procurement and accounts payable transactions to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze audit results to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
  • Run regular reports from the financial management system on key performance indicators and present findings in a clear and actionable format to AP management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data from a financial management system.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business information.
