About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our production team at Arcadia Beverage LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate blending of ingredients to create our high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing equipment per established procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
  • Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Report food safety and quality issues to the Operations Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of food and/or beverage manufacturing practices.
  • Chemical compounding a plus, with good mathematical skills and attention to detail.
