Beverage Production Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our team at Arcadia Beverage LLC. As a Mixing Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the accurate blending of ingredients to create our high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Ensure that mixing instructions are followed from batch ticket accurately.
  • Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab.
  • Work to produce a quality product in a safe, clean manner following GMP's.
  • Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule.
  • Report food safety and quality issues to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of food and/or beverage manufacturing practices.
  • Chemical compounding a plus.
  • Good mathematical skills.
