Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Facilitator Fellow to join our Community Partnerships team at Peer Health Exchange, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of our health curriculum in high schools across Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate health education workshops for high school students
  • Collaborate with community engagement team to ensure smooth program implementation
  • Manage teaching schedules and data systems to support program delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high school partners and teachers

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in task or project management
  • Strong passion for engaging with high school-aged students
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or work experience
  • Preferred degree or interest in public health, education, or a related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
