We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Big Brand Tire & Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, such as engine problems and transmission issues.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure that all mechanical issues are addressed and resolved.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide estimates and explain repair procedures.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
