Job Summary

RK Pharma Inc. is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in Pearl River, NY. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including providing orientation and ensuring they have the necessary materials and information
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and audits, including setting up audio-visual equipment and ensuring all necessary materials are available
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning, completing documentation, and expense reports
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Reliably commute to Pearl River, NY at shift times, which can be variable depending on meetings and facility activities
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure seamless administrative support
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or better in business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
