Seeking Experienced Land Survey Professionals with DOT Expertise - Vehicle Provided

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of field data, perform land record investigations, and prepare boundary surveys, topographic representations, route assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations, utility inventory evaluations, and roadway right-of-way documentation.
  • Successful candidates will oversee the development of project scopes, financial plans, and timelines.
  • Individuals must demonstrate proficiency in executing technical components of designated deliverables and/or lead teams of technical personnel in producing outputs that align with established scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Strong communication and writing capabilities are essential, along with expertise in Microsoft Office, Microstation with Geopak or Openroads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with Trimble equipment, Survey Controller, and Trimble Business Center is advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret highway plans, plats, and legal documents.
  • Proficient in generating a 3D surface using MicroStation.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a BA/BS degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. All experience levels are welcomed.
  • DOT credentials or licenses from neighboring states are highly regarded.
