Ecommerce Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Director to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our North American leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to optimize online sales platforms, enhance customer journey, and improve SEO rankings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage P&L ownership, ensuring delivery of budget, sales analysis, and weekly forecast.
- Advocate for senior management to support and implement strategic initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and identify risk and reward opportunities.
- Prepare sales reviews and presentations to update senior management on strategic initiatives, directive changes, key metrics, and actionable insights.
- Manage end-to-end operational activities to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes, achieving customer satisfaction and business unit objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop an SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits to target key opportunities for unbranded growth.
- Analyze search data and user behavior to identify opportunities for enriching search, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in e-commerce in either a site merchandising or commercial strategy role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, or similar reporting suites, Content Square.
- Executive presence, reporting directly into the VP of North American Ecommerce and interfacing with local senior leaders and global levels in the executive layer.
- Expertise on e-commerce industry best practices and staying up-to-date on the latest disruptions, trends, and new technologies in the digital landscape.
- Strong negotiator with demonstrated success in negotiating both internally and with external counterparts.
- Extremely well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders with ease, moving a roadmap forward.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
- Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment.
- Pro-active and results-oriented.
- Strong bias for action, relentless about driving and owning your own business, able to operate in full autonomy.

- Proficient in Adobe, Power BI, Content Square, Salesforce, Google Trends, Bloomreach.
