Position Overview

Carolina Behavioral Care is in search of a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at our facility, focusing on front desk responsibilities and patient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
  • Support laboratory services by taking vital signs, administering injections, and performing blood draws.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is essential.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in handling patient forms and collecting copayments.
  • Experience with front desk operations and patient interaction.
  • Ability to perform vital checks and venipuncture.
