Job Overview

Phillips Corporation is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our customers' Haas CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Haas CNC machines
  • Travel to customer sites within the territory to provide on-site service
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair, preferably with Haas machines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic CNC programming and operation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
