Job Overview

Position Summary:

PECO Pallet - USA is in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of maintenance and painting specialists. This role is crucial for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, guaranteeing that all machinery is adequately serviced, and implementing preventative maintenance protocols. The Maintenance Supervisor will engage in hands-on maintenance tasks while also providing leadership and support to the team, both in-person and remotely, across the central region.

Primary Duties:

  • Executing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
  • Facilitating weekly discussions to assess maintenance activities with mechanics and painting technicians
  • Delivering certification training for team members to enhance skills
  • Overseeing CTQ audits for painting and stencil operations
  • Conducting weekly site inspections to evaluate maintenance efforts
  • Being available for emergency system troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with suppliers to optimize painting processes
  • Managing maintenance inventory systems and updates
  • Coordinating parts procurement and inventory control

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical expertise with a solid understanding of electrical systems
  • Capability to diagnose complex automation issues
  • Experience with welding practices
  • Self-driven with the capacity to adapt to evolving systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical certification, Associate's Degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with PLC programming

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 65lbs
  • Exposure to paint vapors

Work Environment:
