Job Title: Deputy Program Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills. As a Deputy Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in the overall management of the project, including planning, coordinating, and controlling project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and implementing specific projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in managing costs and schedules to contract requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project
  • Coordinate project staff and allocate project resources
  • Provide regular reports and documentation to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, naval architecture, or construction
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on coordinating and implementing specific projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
