Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring that all necessary supplies are ordered and managed efficiently.
- Client Intake and Chart Management: Coordinate the intake process, complete related paperwork, and manage client charts to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Treatment Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Milieu Oversight: Manage client activities, interactions, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Group Facilitation: Run groups as needed and provide oversight of groups led by other staff members.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a residential counselor in a milieu setting preferred but not required.
