Job Summary:
A highly skilled Child Welfare Program Director is sought by Marsell Wellness Center to lead our family services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the implementation of programs and services that support vulnerable children and families.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in child welfare administration, program management, and FFA supervision. A Master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff members and provide guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of programs and services that support vulnerable children and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; 5+ years' experience in child welfare administration and/or child protective services; 2+ years' experience in program management, FFA Supervision or as the director of a licensed childcare program;
Mastery of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook;
Possession of an administrator's license as required by the State;
