Maintenance Director

Rise Baking Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise a diverse workforce, including staffing, training, performance standards, and development planning.
- Oversee day-to-day assignments, partner with the Maintenance Planner to develop scope, and assign technicians to work orders and projects.
- Ensure timely completion of weekly preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and work orders, monitoring scheduled work and adjusting as required to meet production schedules.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to standards, specifications, and blueprints, continually monitoring working conditions and equipment use to suggest improvements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience, with demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a diverse workforce.
- Strong mechanical and planning aptitude, knowledge of food manufacturing, FDA/USDA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience with CMMS. Strong decision-making skills, excellent teamwork, motivation, relationship building, and coaching abilities.

CompensationThe salary range for this role is estimated at $69,788.73 to $100,321.30 annually, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and location. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. are eligible for this position.
