Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Baristas to craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.

Working Hours:
Shifts typically run from 2pm to 9pm, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Informing customers about our beverage offerings
  • Providing personalized recommendations based on individual tastes
  • Welcoming customers as they arrive
  • Distributing drink menus and addressing inquiries about ingredients
  • Promoting special items and processing orders
  • Taking orders with careful attention to detail (e.g., coffee blend preferences, dairy, and sugar levels)
  • Preparing drinks according to established recipes
  • Serving beverages alongside baked goods such as cookies, pastries, and muffins
  • Handling transactions (cash and credit)
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of clean mugs and plates
  • Monitoring brewing equipment for proper operation and reporting maintenance needs
  • Adhering to health and safety standards
Qualifications:

Skills Required:
  • Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
  • Hands-on knowledge of brewing equipment
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of sanitation practices
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to assess customer preferences
