We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Permanent Full-Time Logistics Center Coordinator to enhance our operations at Ryder.

Compensation:
Weekly pay structure

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Overtime Rate: $27.00

Night Shift Premium:
Additional $1.50 per hour for night shifts

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 4 days a week

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in freight coordination, scheduling, or planning

- Effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle arrivals and departures
- Inspect inbound and outbound seals on vehicles
- Communicate any issues regarding the welcome center to management
- Interact courteously with drivers and visitors
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for freight check-in and check-out
- Monitor Closed Caption Television (CCTV) systems and report incidents
- Operate equipment as required and maintain certification
- Additional duties as assigned
