As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in cloud infrastructure to create and manage efficient computing environments. Your role will be pivotal in assisting our clients as they transition their IT frameworks to modern solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
In this position, you will lead a team of cloud engineers and architects, ensuring optimal server configurations for advanced cloud technologies. Your experience in a DevOps environment will be essential as you establish and provision virtual machines and networks, utilizing various cloud service providers to support our clients' significant objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud operations, or infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in command line interfaces within Linux or UNIX environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including Docker, Chef, Jenkins, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a readiness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Capability to achieve Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within six months of employment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- AWS Associate Certification.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
